Rebecca Walker-Jones, our Managing Broker, is based in Alabama. With offices in Huntsville, AL and Auburn, AL, Peachtree City, GA, and Dallas, TX, Rebecca has been helping business owners sell their businesses since 2006, and she recognizes that the process of buying or selling a business is a major undertaking. There is much at stake and it must be done right the first time. Her vision for OLD Inc Business Brokers is to provide a highly confidential and professional environment that allows her and her associates to make the best use of their collective experience and specialized knowledge in helping others who are looking to buy or sell a business. Rebecca has owned, worked in, or been closely associated with businesses in the following areas: recruitment, advertising, food & beverage, music publishing, transport and distribution, hospitality, equine medicine, business brokerage and real estate. Her formal education and business experience have provided her with outstanding skills in management, sales, negotiations, and marketing. Rebecca is also a talented musician and songwriter who has written songs for the Contemporary Christian market. Scott Chapman is a Senior Broker with OLD Inc., specializing in the sale of privately held businesses, with particular expertise in pharmacy, veterinary pharmaceuticals, and healthcare-adjacent industries. He brings a strong understanding of regulated markets and complex operating environments, helping owners prepare for and execute well-positioned business transitions.

Scott has more than 15 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, revenue strategy, and business development, including direct involvement in business acquisition and growth initiatives. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles such as Managing Partner at Sonas Consulting, Chief Revenue Officer at Simpatra, and National Sales Manager at Covetrus, where he led revenue strategy, built and managed high-performing sales organizations, and worked extensively within pharmaceutical, veterinary, and healthcare markets.

His background provides him with a practical, operator-level perspective on enterprise value, scalability, and buyer expectations, particularly in industries where compliance, margins, and operational discipline are critical to a successful transaction. Scott works closely with business owners, professional advisors, and buyers to ensure transactions are well prepared, realistically positioned, and aligned with long-term objectives.

Scott is known for a consultative, disciplined approach, helping sellers understand value drivers, address risk factors, and navigate negotiations with clarity and confidence. His experience across healthcare-focused sales, operational leadership, and transaction strategy allows him to guide clients through complex deals with professionalism and precision.

Scott holds an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and serves clients across Alabama and the Southeast, with a focus on healthcare, pharmaceutical, and specialized service businesses. He lives in Mountain Brook, Alabama, with his wife and two sons. They attend St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church and are members of Old Overton Country Club.

Jason Fish is a Senior Broker with OLD Inc., serving business owners across North Alabama and the Southeastern United States. He specializes in the sale of closely held Aerospace and Defense-related businesses, bringing particular expertise in regulated, compliance-driven operating environments.

A retired U.S. Army Officer with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience, Jason has led cross-functional teams and managed complex, high-risk operations under rigorous accountability standards. This background translates directly into disciplined transaction management, careful risk assessment, and clear communication throughout the business sale process.

Prior to entering business brokerage, Jason founded and operated advisory firms focused on financial analysis, vendor management, and operational efficiency, providing him with a practical, hands-on understanding of enterprise value, deal structure, and transaction drivers. He works closely with attorneys, CPAs, lenders, and investors to ensure transactions are well-prepared and efficiently executed.

Jason’s approach is grounded in integrity, confidentiality, and realistic expectations, with an emphasis on preparation and process. He holds a Master’s degree in Management & Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and is based in Huntsville, Alabama, serving Aerospace, Defense, and government-adjacent businesses throughout the region.

Outside of his professional work, Jason and his wife, Courtney, are strong advocates for mental health and physical fitness and are actively involved in their local community. They are the parents of two young sons and enjoy raising their family in the Huntsville area, where they focus on providing meaningful, real-world experiences that encourage responsibility, curiosity, and character.

Pam Walker, our Georgia/Alabama Broker has a background in Information Technology that involved working in software development, relationship management, project management, system support, and analysis. Pam has developed skills that include building and maintaining business relationships, analysis and problem solving of complex systems, attention to detail, perseverance, and business practices that produce a mutually beneficial outcome. Pam became a Business Broker, in large part, because of her affinity for small businesses and her passion to provide excellent service to her clients, whether facilitating the sale of a business a Seller has worked hard to build or being an integral part in helping a Buyer to realize their dream of owning their own business. With a solid track record of successful business sales across multiple industries, Pam enjoys bringing value to the partnership with clients and customers on both the sell and buy sides. Her goal is to provide the highest level of professional service and integrity as well as maintaining trust and confidentiality.

Neil Jenkins, our Texas Broker has worked in multiple business cultures across Europe, Asia and the United States. Before becoming an entrepreneur, he worked for several global corporations including Royal Dutch Shell Oil, Sony International and Japan Airlines specializing in sales and marketing, and cross-cultural training. He has owned businesses in The United States as well as Japan. Born and raised in Oxford, England, Neil graduated university with a BA Honors Degree in Business Management.

Since moving to the United States, Neil has had extensive experience working with franchise and independent operations within the food service industry. He also started and successfully ran his own Irish Pub and Restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia for 9 years. Neil has known Rebecca Walker-Jones, the founder of OLD, Inc., for 15 years and it was Rebecca that successfully sold his Irish Pub when he moved from Atlanta to Dallas, Texas. Having experienced both sides of the brokerage process; buying and selling, Neil personally appreciates the complexity and sensitivity of this practice. It is a major undertaking by the business owner both on a personal and professional level. He was drawn to join Rebecca at OLD, Inc. because of the professionalism, integrity, empathy and confidentiality that her brokerage provides to each and every one of its clients.

Neil and his wife, Cynthia, live in Dallas with their daughter. Proficient in Japanese, he is a passionate football (aka soccer) fan who loves to cheer on his beloved, scrappy team, Newport County FC.
